This is the best option for gardeners who want to save space. It can be stored in a garage or other suitable space.
It is important to make sure it is tall enough, as the protection against roll-overs does not fold down.

- It is not like other JD series models, but it has a rollover protection system (ROPS). When you plan to store or trailer it, make sure to check the height clearance and be aware of its folding bars.
- Its size does not affect its ability to perform. You can use it for any gardening task, thanks to its many ‘large tractor’ features.
- It makes less noise and vibration during operation. It is due to its large rubber mounts that act as isolators.
- Fuel consumption should not be a concern. The fuel consumption of the vehicle is rated at 1.6 Gallons per hour for a 100% load. It can hold 5.5 gallons of fuel, which is sufficient for many hours of work.

The Yanmar 3TNV76 engine is used. It boasts a Yanmar 1.1 L 3-cylinder diesel engine with 24 horsepower. It has 1,116 cm2 of naturally aspirated diesel and a 76.0 mm bore. The piston stroke is 82.00 mm. It has a compression ratio rating of 23:4:1.
The engine produces 24.5 PS at a maximum horsepower of 3,000 RPM. It features an indirect fuel system with an oil pressure switch, a pressurized oil lubrication system, and paper oil filters. You can feel it with No. 1, no. 2, or B5 biodiesel.
Transmission
It features a hydrostatic transmission, 2-range reverse and forward gears, and hydrostatic transmission.
Standard hydraulic power steering allows for constant maneuvers and reduces fatigue.
It lacks cruise control, which is a downside. These are optional on this tractor. I miss John Deere 455.
They can be a challenge, especially when you are working in a large space. If you don’t want to exercise your calves, I recommend that you have the cruise controls fixed.
You can also order the machine with pre-installed controls.
The hydrostatic power steering is available in 4WD, open tractor stations with two rollover protections and a 21.0-liter fuel tank.
