Five Guys Allergen Menu  2024 – If you want to eat gluten-free at Five Guys, The Safest Thing to do is to order a burrito bowl. You can enjoy this dish with both rice varieties, so you don’t have to worry about cross-contamination. All meats and beans are gluten-free so you can customize your bowl as you wish.

Most of the menu items on the rest of our site are gluten-free, or can be made gluten-free upon request.You can substitute flour tortillas with corn tortillas for many dishes like burritos and quesadillas. Hard tacos can also be made from crispy corn taco shells.
